This is a simple YouTube Modal and it will be showed after the pre-defined delay once the pages is loaded.
In Modals you can enable Browser Cookies by adding data-cookie-enabled="true" & data-cookie-name="cookieName" , also show delay can be changed simply by using data-delay attribute.
This Modal can be used to show an message to your visitors.
